Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Esther Isah Bila
Dr. Esther Isah Bila is the visionary founder of Be My Hand Initiative. A dedicated healthcare professional and community development advocate, she established BMH to address the unmet needs of women, girls, and children in underserved communities across Nigeria.

Hambe leads the coordination of BMH field programmes, ensuring that each initiative reaches the right communities and delivers measurable impact on the ground.
Yusuf drives BMH's storytelling and stakeholder engagement, helping the organisation share its impact story and build relationships with donors, partners, and communities.
Sandra manages the day-to-day operational functions of BMH, ensuring programme delivery is efficient, compliant, and well-documented.
Hyelsinta builds and maintains relationships between BMH and the communities it serves, facilitating needs assessments and ensuring grassroots voices shape programme design.
Barnabas leads BMH's digital content creation and social media presence, producing creative assets that amplify the mission and engage online communities.
