Our Organisation

Who We Are

Be My Hand Initiative is a grassroots non-governmental organisation founded on the belief that every woman, girl, and child deserves access to life-changing support — regardless of geography or circumstance.

Our Foundation

Built on Compassion. Sustained by Purpose.

Founded in 2018 by Dr. Esther Isah Bila, Be My Hand Initiative (BMH) grew from a simple but powerful conviction: that one person reaching out a hand can change the trajectory of another's entire life.

Operating under the Esther Isah Bila Foundation (EIBF), we work in some of northern Nigeria's most underserved communities — delivering healthcare, education, nutrition, and livelihood programmes where they are needed most.
